Your unique Virtual Receptionist telephone numberWe issue each of our virtual receptionist customers with an unique 0845 number. If you are in start up mode you may want to use this 0845 number as your main business number. If you would like to answer some calls yourself this is not a problem, please just ask us and we can set it to ring your home of business telephone first to give you a chance to answer. If you do not answer one of our virtual receptionist team will take the call for you. If you are setting up and would like some other type of number for your virtual office, such as an 0800 number or London 0207 or Manchester 0161 number please ask and we can run through the options. Unfortunately BT play an announcement to the caller before transferring the call to the virtual receptionist team which shatters the illusion that our receptionist is in your office. Generally we do not recommend using this option.
