Trading Standards have recently introduced new regulations for mail forwarding. Due to the number of rogue traders using mail forwarding addresses regulations have been introduced requiring us to obtain two pieces of identity from our customers, including one photo id, before the service can be activated. Our customers typically fax or scan their driving licence and a utility bill showing the address they want their mail forwarded to. Details will be provided when you subscribe to the service and we can activate your account within a few hours of receiving the proof of identity.
Please note not all mail forwarding providers are complying with these new regulations yet. Although this makes it a little more effort to subscribe to the Office Answers service we hope it demonstrates that we provide a professional service and comply with these new regulations.
