Our virtual reception team have an advanced system that shows a screen of information about you and your company when answering your call.

We send you an email and text message immediately after each call.

 We pride ourselves on simple, competitive pricing, with no hidden charges:

Set Up               = £25

Subscription     = £17 per month

Calls answered = 85 pence per minute

No additional charges for sending you and email and text message when we take a message for you.  Prices are subject to VAT.

One week Virtual Reception trial

How your calls will be answered is important for your business so you will want to be reassured you are using a professional service.

Our solution is to offer a one week trial of the Virtual Reception service so you can experience the professional way in which your calls are answered and messages sent to you.

Please give us a call on 0207 11 11 085 to set up your account.  You can cancel at any time during the one week trial period without any obligation.   At the end of the trial week, if you are happy to proceed, we simply ask that you commit to our minimum term of three months.

Your unique Virtual Reception telephone number

We issue each of our virtual reception customers with an unique 0845 number.

If you are in start up mode you may want to use this 0845 number as your main business number.  If you would like to answer some calls yourself this is not a problem, please just ask us and we can set it to ring your home of business telephone first to give you a chance to answer.  If you do not answer one of our virtual reception team will take the call for you.

If you are setting up and would like some other type of number for your virtual office, such as an 0800 number or London 0207 number please ask and we can run through the options.

If you are a business with an established  telephone number that is fine, simply divert your telephone to your virtual reception number whenever you want us to take calls.  We can help you with setting up a divert on your telephone if required.

We are aware that some low cost telephone providers can cause problems with diverting calls to an 0845 telephone number so again please speak to us as we know ways around this problem.

Diverting your calls to our Virtual Reception service

BT and other providers typically have three divert services.

Divert All Calls -  dial *21*your virtual reception number #    -  this will divert all your calls directly to our virtual receptionist service without your telephone ringing.  Importantly, your callers will not hear any BT messages so will believe the call has been answered by a receptionist in your office.

Divert when engaged - dial *67* your virtual reception number #    - this will divert your calls when you are on the telephone rather than the caller hearing the engaged tone or going to BT Call Minder.

Divert on not answered - dial *61* your virtual reception number #   -  this will ring your telephone for 15 seconds before diverting.  Unfortunately BT play an announcement to the caller before transferring the call to the virtual reception team which shatters the illusion that our receptionist is in your office.  Generally we do not recommend using this option.
